Texas Wood Mill Cabinets builds custom cabinets for homes and businesses.   Since we began back in 1982, we have prided ourselves in building and installing a high quality product, providing exceptional service, and treating our employees with dignity and respect.  With our customers, vendors, and employees, our motto has simply been "We're going to do what we say we'll do, and we expect you to do the same."

Wood Mill is a great place to begin a career.  Most of our employees started working here with little or no  woodworking skills or cabinet experience, yet many soon became foremen and supervisors in our business.  Some even went on to begin their own businesses.  If a person has ambition, can follow directions, and has reasonably good work habits, he can be successful at Wood Mill.

General Employment Requirements - The following is a partial list of requirements an applicant must satisfy before he/she can be considered for employment.  He/she must:

• be able to work "full time" (unless the job description states otherwise)
• be a non-smoker.  Wood Mill Cabinets does not knowingly hire tobacco users
• provide 2 forms of identification proving his/her eligibility to work in the United States of America.  Examples: Social Security card, Driver's License, State ID card, FAA Certificate, Birth Certificate
• be able to communicate and read in the English language
• be able to pass a drug test.  If/when an applicant is offered a job, he/she must within two hours be able to transport him/her self to the drug testing lab (either in Tyler or Longview), pay the $30.00 drug test fee (refundable after ten full work-days of employment), and pass the drug test.
• have good transportation that will enable him/her to consistently arrive at work on time (generally at 7:00 AM Monday - Friday)
